Skin Treatments
Rather than sitting on top of the skin, these treatments ask it to rebuild. Microneedling triggers your own collagen, exosomes amplify the signal, peels clear the way, and the Oxy Facial floods everything with hydration.
Microneedling
Collagen induction therapy
A fine array of needles creates thousands of controlled micro-channels in the skin. Each one is far too small to see, but big enough to set off the body's wound-healing cascade — releasing growth factors, waking up fibroblasts, and laying down fresh collagen and elastin in the weeks that follow.
It is one of the better-evidenced treatments in cosmetic dermatology, and it is used for exactly the things that don't respond to creams: indented acne scarring, rough texture, enlarged pores, fine lines and uneven tone.
-
✦
Acne scarring & texture
The most established use. New collagen fills in from underneath, softening the shadows that make scarring visible.
-
✦
Fine lines & firmness
Clinical studies consistently show reductions in fine lines and improved firmness across a course of monthly treatments.
-
✦
Pores & tone
Pores look smaller as the surrounding skin thickens and tightens; pigmentation and redness even out as turnover speeds up.
-
✦
Stretch marks & body skin
The same principle works below the neck — which is why half-back and full-back treatments exist on the menu.
-
✦
Little downtime, no fillers
Expect a sunburn-like flush for a day or two rather than a week indoors. Nothing synthetic is left in your skin — it's your own collagen doing the work.
The Upgrade
Microneedling with exosomes
Microchannels don't stay open for long — and while they are, whatever you apply gets far deeper than it ever would on intact skin. Exosomes are what we put in that window.
What they are
Exosomes are tiny cell-derived vesicles — around 30 to 150 nanometres — that carry growth factors, signalling proteins and RNA. They're the messages cells send each other to coordinate repair.
Why after needling
Applied straight into fresh microchannels, they reach the layer where collagen is actually made — delivering repair signals directly to the cells that respond to them.
What the research shows
Systematic reviews of exosome skin therapies report consistent improvements in hydration, elasticity, wrinkle depth, pore size and pigmentation, with a favourable safety profile — while noting that larger long-term trials are still needed.
Calmer healing
Clients typically report the redness settling faster than with microneedling alone — useful if you'd rather not book a quiet weekend around your appointment.
Straight talk
Exosome skincare is a genuinely promising and actively researched field, not a miracle. We'll tell you what it can reasonably add to your result — and when plain microneedling is the smarter spend.
Best as a course
Collagen remodelling takes weeks. Most people book three to six sessions about four weeks apart, then see the full result a couple of months after the last one.
Layer it properly
Retinoids, acids and strong actives go on pause for a few days either side. You'll get a simple written aftercare routine to follow.
Also on the Menu
Peels & the Oxy Facial
Chemical peels
A controlled acid exfoliation that lifts away the dull, congested surface layer and speeds up cell turnover underneath. Peels are the workhorse for tired, uneven, blackhead-prone skin, and they make everything you apply afterwards work harder. Strength is matched to your skin at consultation — from a lunchtime refresh with no visible peeling to something that gives you a few days of flaking and a noticeably clearer face at the end of it.
Oxy Facial
Pressurised oxygen is used to drive a hydrating serum into the skin, plumping it and leaving an immediate, camera-ready glow. There's no needling, no downtime and no peeling — you can walk out and go straight to dinner. It's the one to book before a wedding, a shoot or a birthday, and the gentlest place to start if you've never had a facial before.
Pricing
Peels and the Oxy Facial are priced at your free consultation, once we've seen your skin and agreed on strength and frequency. Microneedling pricing is published in full below.

Good to Know
Before you book
After microneedling, expect redness like a mild sunburn for 24 to 48 hours, sometimes with slight tightness or flaking a few days later. Most people are comfortable in light makeup by day two. The Oxy Facial has no downtime at all, and peel downtime depends entirely on the strength we choose together.
There's an early glow within about a week as swelling settles and turnover picks up — but the real change is collagen, and collagen is slow. Expect the meaningful difference between four and twelve weeks after each session, building across a course. Scarring in particular rewards patience.
A topical numbing cream goes on first and is left to work properly before we start. Most people describe the treatment itself as a strong vibration with some prickling around bonier areas — the forehead, the jaw, the nose. It's very manageable, and it's over in well under an hour for a full face.
Stop retinoids, exfoliating acids and strong vitamin C for about five days beforehand. Avoid sunburn and self-tan. Come with a clean face and no makeup, and tell us about any cold sore history, recent injectables, or acne medication — all of it affects timing.
Yes, with spacing. Facial waxing and threading are best done before microneedling, not in the days after, and laser on the same area needs its own gap. We'll sequence your appointments so nothing lands on skin that's still recovering.
Microneedling isn't done on active acne breakouts, open or infected skin, active cold sores, or during pregnancy, and certain conditions and medications — including recent oral acne treatment — mean waiting. This is exactly what the free consultation is for, and there's no cost to finding out that now isn't the right time.
